This is a voice of a little girl that we recorded in the graveyard at Rock Castle just last night which was June
4th 2001. We were doing our investigation of the graveyard and noticed that it was the birthday of Tabitha
Smith a little girl who died at 9 years of age, we were using a audio tape and video tape and I left the audio
tape running throughout the whole investigation. We all decided to sing happy birthday to Tabitha in hopes of
getting her to contact us in some way. As we were leaving after singing happy birthday to her we decided to
take a few more pictures on the outside of the gate of each other. I left my audio running as this was going on.
As my sister was saying a prayer of leaving in peace and nothing to follow us home we both said amen and on
the audio you can hear a high pitch screeching starting to form on the tape and I laid down my camera to be in
a picture with my sister and I was talking to David telling him that my recorder was on the ground not to step
on it and there at the near end you hear a little girl start to sing to herself "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO
ME". Update: Also before that you will here what sounds like "wait I'm here", remember we were leaving at
this time! Did she not want us to leave?(Listen to the original, long version right after it starts!) After
reviewing the audio we were thrilled that we made contact with Tabitha and that we had taught her the song
happy birthday because we had forgotten that this probably fascinated the child because the song happy birthday
was not published until many years later....Tabitha was born on June 4th 1863 and died October 15 1872.

The first video below was recorded shortly after entering Rock Castle Cemetery, You will here
a whispery" Hey", you will here Vamparellas Little boy saying there are mon, mons. The
second video below was picked up after about 15 min.of filming. After we were in there, you
will here a whisper Hello, while the camera is panned to the left, as the camera pans to the
right, it pauses then comes back towards the left, right after the camera starts to move back to
the left you hear what sounds like a death rattle. It really disturbed some of our members, and
the people that have heard it!
After hearing these one of our members spoke with a local historian who stated that two kids
were killed by Indians as they came home one afternoon, not down the road you go now to enter
Rock Castle, but the original path which was to the left of the house, if you were looking
straight at it. He stated that there throats were slit. We have no need or desire to fake
anything, trust me, if I wanted to fake stuff, with my adobe skills, and what not, I could blow
your mind with fake things, what would be purpose of making things up. We are not in this
for anything except understanding, and hopes to further are knowledge. We pay for our website
ourself, we ask for no money, we don't have ads, to make money off of. We are 100% in this
for the right reasons.
